Part Time Receptionist

Job Description:
-Up to 30 hours per week
-Part time / on- call receptionist
-Must be flexible and available to work a variety of hours
-Must be available to work either locations ( langley or south surrey)

Responsibilities:
-Answering multi-line telephone system and directing incoming calls
-Providing customer service and arranging for service calls
-Computer data entry
-Organizing and booking delivery appointments
-Daily cash up and banking
-Completing customers invoices and assisting sales associates
-Filing and general office duties
-General office cleaning
-Organizing fabric swatches and picture catalogs

Qualifications
-Minimal experience required although an asset
-Flexibility required
-Good knowledge of computers and general software
-Must be committed to excellence in customer service

Job Description:
-Selling furniture, mattresses, accessories and related products

Responsibilities:
-Assisting clients with their selection of furniture and related products.
-Help in maintaining merchandise presentation
-Build relationships with clients
-Be available for product knowledge meetings
-Keep up to date on decorating and fashion trends
-Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends

Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years experience in selling home fashion furniture or decor
-Experience in selling appliances an asset

Job description:

-Assembling product for furniture displays in showrooms

-Help in moving and maintaining merchandise displays in showrooms
-Maintaining cleanliness of trucks and equipment

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
-Driving a 3 to 5 tonne delivery truck
-Being on time for delivery appointments
-Taking payment of cod deliveries
-Submitting delivery invoices daily
-Documenting and reporting any damages or defective product after delivery
-Unpackaging, assembling, loading and delivering product in to clients homes with the utmost care and attention
-Help in moving and maintaining merchandise displays in showrooms
-Maintaining cleanliness of trucks and equipment
-Assist in cleaning and organizing warehouses

Qualifications:
-Must be strong, healthy and capable of lifting and moving furniture and major household appliances
-Must possess valid bc drivers licence
-Must submit drivers abstract upon request
-Must be committed to excellence in customer service
-Good spirit and sense of humor
